Confirming, not fixed in 5.3.1.
I notice if I play with the Game pane set to "Free Aspect" instead of a specific dimension or aspect ratio, the errors don't occur. Is this just an Editor bug? I haven't been able to determine yet whether or not the bug is affecting runtime behavior. Still very annoying.
