Editor Launch Screen text is either offset or doubled
How to reproduce:
1. Create a project
2. Observe the Launch Screen
Expected result: Launch screen has no offset text
Actual result: Text is either doubled or offset
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.8f1, 2023.1.10f1, 2023.2.0b6
Reproduced on: Windows 11, macOS Ventura 13.5
Note: This is not a regression as the launch screen on 2023.3 is a new addition compared to its predecessor 2023.2

Cannot repro with 2023.3.0a5. Must have been an intermittent problem between alpha versions
