Editor keeps repainting continuously when selecting a .txt file that contains binary
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'project-1241212.zip' project
2. Select the 'problem-asset' file in the Project Browser
Expected result: file's information loads instantly in the Inspector window
Actual result: file's information does not load instantly in the Inspector window, Editor keeps repainting
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0b8, 2020.2.0a9
Could not test with: 2018.4.22f1, 2019.3.12f1, 2020.1.0a15 (due to an existing bug)
Note: mousing over the Inspector window with the file's information will force the Editor to keep repainting
