Editor is stuck reloading domain when script is edited using latest Burst
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Audio Hang Bug.zip"
2. Change 1 to 2 at line 5 in the “Assets/Modifiable.cs” Script
3. Go back to the Editor
4. Observe
Expected results: Editor recompiles successfully
Actual results: The Editor gets stuck at "Reloading Domain"
Reproducible with: 2022.3.42f1, 6000.0.15f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: M1 macOS 14.5
