Editor is stuck on loading bar and unusable when setting the pixel resolution of the Terrain's heightmap to 4097x4097
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new High Definition 3D project
2. Open the “OutdoorsScene”
3. In the Hierarchy, create the Terrain GameObject (3D Object → Terrain)
4. Open the Terrain Settings in the Inspector window
5. Under the Texture Resolution Settings, set the Heightmap Resolution to 4097x4097 pixels
6. Observe the “Hold on” loading bar
Expected result: The Editor is functioning and the Heightmap Resolution is successfully set to 4097x4097 pixels
Actual result: The Editor freezes and the loading bar displays "Hold on" for indefinite amount of time
Reproducible in: 6000.0.8f1, 6000.0.13f1
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.41f1, 2022.3.40f1, 6000.0.7f1
Reproduced on: Windows 10, Windows 11 (user’s)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Notes: Not reproducible on 3D Core and Universal 3D projects
