Editor is lagging while GI Cache is opened in Preferences window
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Preferences Window
3. Select GI Cache tab
Actual result: Unity starts lagging while GI Cache tab is selected
Reproduced on:
2019.2.0a12 2019.2.0b2 2019.3.0a1 2019.3.0a2
Not reproduced on:
2019.1.3f1 2019.2.0a11
