Editor hard crashes after StackOverflow Exceptions
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Stack Overflow"
2. Open Assets/Scenes/Crashing/Constructor Test (enabled GameObject) scene
3. Enter and exit Play Mode 2-5 times
Reproduced with: 2018.3.7f1, 2019.1.0b5, 2019.2.0a6

I also got editor crash from c# stack overflow. Here is my case and how I got over it.
