Editor hangs when scene contains Grid with big Tilemap
How to reproduce:
1. Download attached project "case1030770_HangRepro" and open Scene "World"
2. In Hierarchy enable Grid > "Tilemap - Buildings"
3. Try to Play/Stop scene or Exit Editor
Expected result: Editor plays/stops scene or closes
Actual result: Editor hangs for ~1 minute
Reproduces with: 2017.4.3f1, 2018.1.1f1, 2018.2.0b3
Does not reproduce with: 2017.1 (tilemap was first introduced in 2017.2), 2017.2 to 2017.3.1f1 crashes Editor
