Editor hangs/freezes sometime when loading an AssetBundle
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Press the Space key (to load the Asset Bundle)
Expected result: Editor doesn't freeze/hang
Actual result: Editor freezes/hangs
Reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.21f1, 2020.3.0f1, 2021.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2021.1.0a2, 2021.1.0b10, 2021.2.0a8

Fixed in Unity 2021.1.0a2 and above
