Editor hangs on close when baking is canceled and CPU usage is 100%
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached '1235769.zip' project
2. Open 'repro' Scene
3. Open Lighting Settings
4. Click Generate Lighting
5. When CPU hits 100% usage cancel baking
6. Close Editor
Expected result: Editor closes
Actual result: Editor hangs
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0f4, 2019.3.11f1, 2020.1.0b6, 2020.2.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.38f1, 2018.4.21f1, 2019.3.0f3
