Editor hangs for several seconds when changing Static flags
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “FreezeIssue”
2. Open the “Assets/NavisworkScene” Scene
3. In the Hierarchy window select “Saving.nwd” > “central.nwd” GameObject
4. In the Inspector window check the “Static” checkbox
5. In the pop-up window click on the “Yes, change children” button
Expected result: The Static flag change happens almost instantaneously
Actual result: The Editor freezes for a couple of seconds
Reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.16f1, 2023.2.0b13, 2023.3.0a9
Reproducible on: macOS 13.5.2 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
