Editor hangs and memory is allocated until the asset importer crashes when importing a specific animation FBX
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “MinimalProject“ or any Unity project
2. Import the “Idle.fbx“ asset
Expected result: the asset is imported
Actual result: the Editor hangs on importing the asset and memory is allocated until the asset importer crashes
Reproduced in: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.17f1, 2021.3.19f1, 2022.2.9f1, 2023.1.0b6, 2023.2.0a4
Not reproduced in: 2021.3.16f1
Reproduced using: macOS 13.0.1 (Intel), Windows 10 (by the reporter)
