Editor freezes when using Addressables AssetReferences
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open scene Scenes/SampleScene
3. Press the Play button
Expected result: the Editor continues to run smoothly
Actual result: the Editor freezes
Reproducible with: 1.17.5-preview, 1.18.16, 1.19.11 (2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.23f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.3f1, 2022.1.0a15)
Not reproducible with: 1.16.16, 1.17.4-preview (2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.23f1)
