Editor freezes when QualitySettings.maxQueuedFrames is set to 1 and DX12 is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "IN-129782"
2. Open the "SampleScene"
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Editor
Actual result: The Editor freezes and does not allow any input
Expected result: The Editor does not freeze
Reproducible with: 6000.0.65f1, 6000.3.0b1 (fcdf07aae9b4), 6000.3.3f1, 6000.4.0b3, 6000.5.0a4
Not reproducible with: 6000.3.0a6
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: The issue does not reproduce on DX11 and Vulkan
