Editor freezes when initializing converters with Post-Processing Stack V2 Converter enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "IN-98975" project
2. Open “Render Pipeline Converter” window, by going to Window > Rendering > Render Pipeline Converter
3. Make sure to select "Built-in to URP" in the dropdown menu in the upper left corner of the window
4. Scroll down and enable "Post-Processing Stack V2 Converter"
5. Click the “Initialize Converters” button, in the bottom left corner
6. Observe the Editor
Expected result: “YatchPost” asset successfully converts from Built-in to URP
Actual result: The Editor freezes, with “Initializing converters” window loading infinitely

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: macOS 15.3 (M2 Ultra)
