Editor freezes when importing asset with a metafile
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download 1122521_assets.zip
2. Import "Texture" folder into Unity
Expected results: Texture is imported
Actual results: Editor freezes when importing texture with a metafile.
Reproduced with: 2019.2.0a3, 2019.1.0b2, 2018.3.4f1
Note: metafile was generated in 2017.4
