Editor freezes when extracting materials from a .fbx model after setting the SRP Settings to URP
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "ExtractModels.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Set the SRP Settings to the URP Asset (Edit -> Project Settings -> Graphics)
4. Select the "shoes14" Asset in the Project window
5. Select the Materials section in the Inspector window
6. Press the "Extract Materials.." button in the Inspector window
Expected result: Materials are extracted from the model
Actual result: Editor freezes on importing
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a18, 2020.3.22f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.0a19
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.2.0a17, 2021.2.0b1, 2021.2.1f1, 2022.1.0a13
