Editor freezes if loading Scenes by calling sceneHandle.WaitForCompletion();
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "FreezeWhenLoadingScene2022.1.zip"
2. Open "Boot" Scene (Assets>Scenes>Boot)
3. Enter the Play Mode
Expected result: No freeze
Actual result: Editor freezes
Reproducible with: 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.25f1, 2021.2.0b16, 2022.1.0a12
Could not test with: 2019.4.31f1 (Errors: Failed to load 'Path/MonoManager.asset'. File may be corrupted or was serialized with a newer version of Unity.)
