PVRTC compression on OSX takes much more time than on Windows
To reproduce:
1. Open repro project
2. Play scene
Expected: sprite atlases will be repacked in ~3mins
Actual: it takes about 10-15 mins
Reproducible on: 5.5.4p1, 5.6.2p1, 2017.1.0f1, 2017.2.0b1
Note: this issue is not reproducible when using editor without Android module installed
