Regression

Editor hangs if a scene is unloaded while the scene objects are being destroyed (when going out of play mode)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project "MultiScene_test1.zip"
2. There should be multiple scenes loaded. Play the project
3. Walk North/Up by clicking on the screen with the second mouse button
4. Walk until you enter orange colored trigger
5. Stop playing
Actual result: Unity freezes
Expect result: Unity does not freeze
Tested and reproduced on:
Windows 10
Unity 5.3.0f4, 5.3.2p2, 5.4.0b4
Note: This is related to multiscene manager loading/unloading objects (see Editor.log output in the first edit), therefore is not reproducible before 5.3
