Editor Freeze Upon Instantiation of Resource
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "765712.zip"
2. Open scene "Bug Scene"
3. Run it
Actual result - Editor freezes
Expected result - Result of Resources.Load is instantiated
Does not crash when:
1. Open attached project "765712.zip"
2. Open scene "Bug Scene"
3. Select "2_Avatars > Rig > Resources > AVATAR_Base"
4. Play the scene with the resource still selected
5. Resource gets loaded and then instantiated
Note: doesn't happen in builds
Not reproducible with: 5.1.4f1
Reproduced with: 5.2.4p1, 5.3.2p1, 5.4.0b4
