Folder names are overlapping inspector border in two column layout at 150% or more scale

Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Project window > Two column layout
3. Shrink Project window horizontally

Actual Result:
Folder names are overlapping inspector border

Expected Result:
Folder names shouldn't overlap inspector border
