Editor exits Play mode when another project is being created using Unity Hub 3.8.0-beta.1
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project using Unity Hub 3.8.0-beta.1
2. When the project is loaded, enter Play more
3. Create a second project using the same Editor versions in Unity Hub 3.8.0-beta.1

Actual results: The first object exits the Play mode
Expected results: First project is still in Play mode when second project is created and loaded
