Editor does not close when Unity Bug Reporter window is open
How to reproduce:
1. Open a new project
2. Open Help>Report a Bug...
3. Close the Editor
Expected results: Editor closes
Actual results: Editor does not close and the "Hold on" window appears
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a18, 2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.22f1, 2021.2.0a17
