Editor directs to non-existent page when pressing "Learn more..." for Asset Pipeline
Reproduction steps (1st method):
1. Go to Edit (or Unity) > Preferences > Asset Pipeline
2. Click on all "Learn more..." next to Import Worker Count %
Reproduction steps (2nd method):
1. Go to Edit > Project Settings > Editor
2. Click on the "Learn more" next to Parallel Import in the Asset Pipeline section
Expected result: Browser shows a working documentation page
Actual result: Browser shows a not working page "Sorry... that page seems to be missing!"
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b14, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0a9, 2022.1.0b3, 2022.2.0a2
Could not test with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.26f1, 2021.2.0b13, 2022.1.0a8 (no "Learn more...")
