[Editor] Creating a new project with "High-Definition RP (Preview)" template throws multiple errors in console
When "High-Definition RP (Preview)" template is selected for creating new project, multiple errors are thrown in console.
Steps to repro:
1. Open Hub/Unity Launcher
2. Select "High-Definition RP (Preview)" template from dropdown.
3. Click on "Create Project"
Note:
Check attachment, which contains stack trace of the errors. Errors separated by a long line of dashes ---
Actual result:
Errors are thrown when project loads
Expected result:
No errors are thrown when the project loads

Working fine in:
2019.1.0a4, 2018.3.3f1
