Editor crashes with RepaintController::GetScreenParamsFromGameView when setting custom layout using LayoutUtility
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "CrashTest"
2. Enter/Exit Play Mode

Observe the crash
(if the crash does not occur, repeat Step 2 several times)
Reproduced with: 2017.4.17f1, 2018.2.20f1, 2018.3.0f2, 2019.1.0a12

Does anyone know how to avoid the bug? I don't know which code is crashing my game.
