Editor crashes with DynamicVBO::FillQuadIndexBuffer or freezes when doing 360 render of 8192x8192 image
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "bugdemo"
2. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: Editor does not crash/freeze
Actual result: Editor crashes/freezes
Reproduced with: 2018.2.13f1, 2018.3.0b6, 2019.1.0a5
Could not reproduce with 2017.4 because of compilation errors
Note: If Editor does not crash, it is able to close, although none of the buttons inside Editor does not work
