Editor crashes with a dependency to JackAudio plugin in Unity 2019
Steps to repro:
1. Try to open the project in "External Dependency Crash Regression.zip"
-observe the crash
Reproduced in: 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.3.0a12
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.6f1, 2019.1.0a5

Based on our investigation, looks like the crash is happening inside the JackPlugin and we have no way to go on.
