Editor crashes when opening SteamVR Input window on MacOS
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Import the SteamVR package
3. Select Window/SteamVR Input
Result: crash
Reproduced on 2017.4.12f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.10f1, 2018.3.0b3, 2019.1.0a2
Does not reproduce on Windows
