Editor crashes when model with "Use File Scale" and "Generate Colliders" enabled is scaled down
Reproduction Steps:
1. Open User's project
2. Select "Temple of Heliogabalus" in hierarchy
3. Set scale to some other value
4. Repeat Step 3 for some time (<1min)
Result: Editor Crashes
Reproduced on versions: Unity 5.3.7p4, 5.4.4p4, 5.5.2p1, 5.6.0b10, 2017.1.0a2
