Editor crashes when closing 2D Roguelike tutorial project and choosing Keep if external editor is open with any of its files
Reproduction steps
1. Start the 2D Roguelike Tutorial from the Learn tab -> Tutorial Projects -> Start
2. Open the 2D Roguelike Upgrade guide PDF (or any other file that opens an external editor/viewer)
3. Close Unity and get prompted to "Keep" or "Forget" the project. Choose "Keep"
4. Choose any location to save the project and hit Save
Expected result: no crash
Actual result: Unity crashes
