Editor crashes when accessing RaycastHit.lightmapCoord and the hit Mesh does not have texture channel 1
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "RaycastHit crash.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: Editor does not crash
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a9, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.19f1, 2021.2.0a8
