Editor crashes when 3D Sample HDRP project is being loaded
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Create a project using 3D Sample Scene (HDRP)
3. Wait for the Editor to open
4. While the compilation is happening observe the crash
Expected result: Editor does not crash
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a15, 2023.1.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.12f1, 2022.1.21f1, 2022.2.0b13, 2023.1.0a14
Reproduced on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: macOS Monterey 12.3.1 (Apple M1 Max)
Notes:
- Error is thrown in the Console window before crash: '' 'Assertion failed on expression: exception == SCRIPTING_NULL' "

Resolution Note:
Can not reproduce with altest template and binary 2022.2 version. Asked our Qa, can't reproduce either. Closing
