Editor crashes on "(Unity) D3D12RenderPass::SetupDeviceResources" when entering into Play Mode with Varjo Base app opened
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project using VR Template
2. Configure the project to use Varjo Quad View (details in the internal comments)
3. Enter into Play Mode
4. Observe the result
Expected result: Editor enters into Play Mode, Varjo environment is simulated and can be seen in the Varjo Base app
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible in: 1.14.3 (2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.51f1, 6000.1.7f1, 6000.2.0b1)
Could not test with:
- any version (2022.1.0a1) (compilation errors)
- 1.14.3 (6000.2.0b5) (input failure errors)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Issue could not be tested by CQA due to the Varjo Base app not operating properly on my machine
- The reason for choosing OpenXR Plugin area is due to the fact that Varjo Base app uses OpenXR API to function
- Issue also reproduces both on Vulkan and OpenGLES 3
