Editor crashes on Scripting::ScriptingWrapperFor when in Play Mode, after selecting a default sprite for new Tile Base
To reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project ("New folder")
2. In Project window go to "Runtime" > "Tiles" and select "New Tile Base"
3. In the Inspector window, pick any sprite for "Sprite" property option
4. Enter Play mode

Reproduced with: 2018.3.14f1, 2018.4.0f1, 2019.1.1f1, 2019.2.0a15, 2019.3.0a2
Notes:
- Could not test with 2017.4 since tile base didn't have properties in the Inspector
- Sometimes Editor crashes without entering the Play Mode
