Editor crashes on RtlUserThreadStart when loading RenderDoc
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached "renderdoc bug repro.zip" project
2. Right-click on the Scene view tab
3. Select the "Load RenderDoc"
-- Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a17, 2020.1.0a21
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.37f1, 2108.4.17f1, 2019.3.3f1, 2020.1.0a16
Note: tested with RenderDoc v1.6

Workaround (1): Launch Unity editor(Unity.exe) with -load-renderdoc
Workaround (2): Ppen RenderDoc and launch editor(Unity.exe) from RenderDoc
