Editor crashes on removing or adding Rect transform component when Halo or Lens Flare component is attached
Steps to Repro:
1. Open the attached project or create a new project
2. Hierarchy Window > Right Click
3. Create an empty object and select it
4. Inspector window > Add component
5. Add halo or lens flare component
6. Add Rect Transform Component
Actual Result:
