Editor crashes on mono_add_process_object or closes on CheckDisalowAllocation when prefab instances collide in Game View
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "Hostage Situation" project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Click left mouse button in Game View
Expected result: Editor does not crash
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0b3, 2019.1.0a2
Could not reproduce with earlier versions due to missing Improved Prefabs
Notes: the issue has two possible outcomes - crash on mono_add_process_object OR throw out pop-up Fatal Error window with message "CheckDisalowAllocation. Allocating memory when it is not allowed to allocate memory"
