Editor crashes on GizmoManager::BuildGizmosFromGameObjectRecursive when saving the Scene
To reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project ("New try")
2. Open a scene "close target"
3. Save the scene (CTRL+S)

Reproduced with: 2017.4.25f1, 2018.3.12f1, 2019.1.0b10
Could not reproduce with: 2019.2.0a1, 2019.2.0a10
Notes:
- Stack trace differ for Unity 2017.4
- Issue reproduces even if all assets are deleted, but different stacktrace is thrown
- Many errors in Unity 2019.2 are thrown
