Editor Crashes on Animator::Prepare when exiting Play mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached owncloud Project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Exit Play mode
Expected result: Editor exits play mode successfully
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0a3, 2018.2.0b11, 2018.1.7f1, 2017.4.6f1, 2017.2.3p2, 2017.1.4p2
