Editor crashes in PhysicsManager2D::ProcessContacts when spawning two physics objects on top of each other
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the tester (see link in edit)
2. Launch the standalone build
3. Host the game
4. Enter Play mode in the Editor
5. Connect to the game
Expected: the Editor doesn't crash when physics objects are spawned on each other
Reproduced in 2018.1.0a3, 2018.1.0b3, 2018.1.0b4
Did not reproduce in 2017.3.0p3
