Editor crashes if graphic's API is switched while a particle system is playing in the scene
How to reproduce:
1. Open new project
2. Add Particle system to the scene
3. Go to Player Settings
4. Change graphics API to any other
5. While taking step 4 make sure that Particle system is playing in the scene view or is selected in the hierarchy
- Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a2, 2018.3.0b2, 2019.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.11f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.9f1, 2018.3.0a1
