Editor Crash on vk_icdNegotiateLoaderICDInterfaceVersion when entering Play Mode while paused with Profiler window open
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Set Player Graphics API to Vulkan
3. Open Profiler
4. Toggle Pause (next to Play Mode button)
5. Enter Play Mode
6. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a1
Not reproducible: 2018.2.9f1, 2018.3.0b2
