[IMGUI] Editor crash on "GUIEventManager::RemoveEventAtIndex" when calling Debug.Break() in OnGUI() on GUI Button press
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Enter play mode
3. Click the GUI button on the top-left to call Debug.Break()
4. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0a6, 2018.2.0b8, 2018.3.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.5f1, 2018.1.0a5
