Editor crash on block_merge_next in play mode
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached "795926 repro.zip" project (it's stripped)
2. Open SceneTest
3. Play in editor
Results: Editor crashes.
Note:I have located that project crashes on "TrailPlayerController" script located in MasterScene>WorldObjects>character_mesh object. You can disable it to prevent crash. Stack trace may differ but mostly it crashes on functions mentioned in edit.
Reproduced on: 5.4.0b17; 5.4.0b13
Not reproducible on: 5.4.0b12
