Editor constantly refreshes when a Prefab with Sprite Shape Controller and Update Collider enabled is selected
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "spriteShapeTest.zip"
2. In the Project window, go to Assets and select "test" Prefab
3. In the Inspector window, under the Sprite Shape Controller component, click on Update Collider checkbox
Expected result: no refreshing happens
Actual result: Editor constantly refreshes when the Prefab is selected
Reproducible with: 4.1.2 (2020.1.0a11, 2020.1.0b13)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.14-preview.2 (2018.4.26f1), 3.0.12 (2019.4.8f1), 3.0.5, 3.0.12 (2020.1.0a9), 2020.1.0b14 (4.1.2), 2020.1.0f1, 2020.2.0a19
