[Editor] Cogwheel icon is blurred at 150% or more for Timeline Window
[Editor] Cogwheel icon is blurred at 150% or more scale in Timeline window
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Hierarchy > right-click > 3D > Cube
3. Window > Sequencing > Timeline
Actual Result:
The cogwheel icon is blurred in Timeline window
Expected Result:
The icon shouldn't be blurred
