Editor and Standalone build hang on startup if there are multiple SteamVR cameras in the scene
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Open scene "Main Scene"
3. Enter play mode
Result: Editor hangs
Reproduced on: 5.3.8f1, 5.4.5f1, 5.5.2p4, 5.6.0f1. 2017.1.0a4
Notes:
-Does not reproduce with regular cameras
-Does not reproduce with VR disabled (or device "None")
