Editor and Player crashes on Build when the built scene contains lists containing types based on Generics
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project
2. Open the scene "SampleScene" (Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity)
3. Build and Run the project (File > Build And Run)
Expected result: The Build runs successfully
Actual result: The Build and Editor crash
Reproducible with: 2020.3.22f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.2f1, 2022.1.0a14
Could not test with: 2019.4.32f1 ("Test" fields not showing in the Inspector for "Dictionary Holder" and "Dictionary String Float" scripts)
